Water
Water can be used to regain thirst, heal yourself and remove radiation poisoning. You can either get it from water collectors, drink it from rivers, streams and lakes or from water bottles found in the ration loot boxes.

Crafting
Water cannot be crafted — it drops as loot, comes from a research blueprint, or is found at monuments.
Recycling
Rust has two recycler types. Monument recyclers are faster and yield 60%, but you can be attacked. Safe-zone recyclers in Outpost and Bandit yield 40% and take longer, but turrets protect you.
Water cannot be recycled.
