END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement governs your use of Rustalytics, including both the Rustalytics App and the Rustalytics Web App/Discord bot. By downloading or using Rustalytics, you agree to these terms.

Rustalytics is solely responsible for the application and its content. This agreement is linked to the Steam account you used when purchasing the application.

This agreement complies with the latest Usage Rules of the platform where you obtained Rustalytics. Rustalytics reserves all rights not explicitly granted to you.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. THE APPLICATION

Rustalytics is software designed to assist you in the game Rust. It includes features such as player tracking and automated event notifications. For a full list of features, please refer to our Discord server and rustalytics.com/docs.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

  • This license covers all updates to Rustalytics unless a separate license is provided.
  • You may not share Rustalytics with third parties, except when using the web app/Discord bot.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works of Rustalytics is prohibited without prior written consent.
  • You may create backup copies only on devices you own or control.
  • Violations of these terms may result in legal action.
  • Rustalytics reserves the right to modify these terms.
  • You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using Rustalytics.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Rustalytics strives to keep the application compatible with updated firmware and hardware. However, you are not guaranteed the right to such updates.

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

Rustalytics is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. For assistance, contact us at the email address listed in the Contact Information section.

5. USE OF DATA

Rustalytics may access and adjust your application content and personal information as outlined in our privacy policy at rustalytics.com/privacy. We may collect technical data about your device and software to improve our products and services, while ensuring your personal information remains anonymous.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

You may have the opportunity to create and share content within Rustalytics. By doing so, you warrant that your contributions:

  • Do not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Are created by you or you have necessary permissions to use them
  • Are not false, misleading, or offensive
  • Do not violate any laws or promote violence
  • Do not invade privacy or publicity rights

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By sharing your contributions, you grant Rustalytics a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for any purpose. We do not claim ownership of your contributions, but we reserve the right to edit, remove, or recategorize them.

8. LIABILITY

Rustalytics's liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not responsible for data loss; please use the application's backup functions. Unauthorized modifications may result in loss of access to Rustalytics.

9. WARRANTY

Rustalytics warrants that the application is free from malware and functions as described in the documentation. This warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications or inappropriate use. Report any issues within seven days of discovery.

10. PRODUCT CLAIMS

Rustalytics, not the distribution platform, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the application, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection issues.

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You confirm that you are not located in a U.S. embargoed country or on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.

13. TERMINATION

This license is valid until terminated by either party. Your rights will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Rustalytics and destroy all copies.

Note: If maintaining our servers becomes economically unviable, we may discontinue server operations. In such a case, we will update Rustalytics to remove server dependencies, though some features may be modified or removed.

14. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND BENEFICIARY

Rustalytics will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the application. The distribution platform and its subsidiaries are considered third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Rustalytics is responsible for addressing any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement related to the application.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

If any part of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Invalid terms will be replaced with valid ones that achieve the same purpose. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing.
