Jackhammer
Along with The Team System Update, the Jackhammer was the competitor, tool wise, to the chainsaw. It can be found in tool crates or sunken crates. It does not need fuel, and can be repaired at a repair bench or replenished at a workbench for no cost.

Crafting
Jackhammer cannot be crafted — it drops as loot, comes from a research blueprint, or is found at monuments.
Recycling
Rust has two recycler types. Monument recyclers are faster and yield 60%, but you can be attacked. Safe-zone recyclers in Outpost and Bandit yield 40% and take longer, but turrets protect you.
Jackhammer cannot be recycled.
