Pump Jack
The Pump Jack is currently a non-craftable item. Its original intended purpose was to allow players to harvest Crude Oil and Low Grade Fuel similar to the Quarry. It can only be found on the map near the Power Plant, Train Yard, and Water Treatment monuments. Pump Jacks can be loaded with Diesel Fuel.

Crafting
Pump Jack cannot be crafted — it drops as loot, comes from a research blueprint, or is found at monuments.
Recycling
Rust has two recycler types. Monument recyclers are faster and yield 60%, but you can be attacked. Safe-zone recyclers in Outpost and Bandit yield 40% and take longer, but turrets protect you.
Pump Jack cannot be recycled.
