Large Furnace
The Large Furnace is used for smelting larger quantities of ore, faster than a regular furnace. The ores that can be smelted using a Large Furnace are: Metal Ore, Sulfur Ore and High Quality Metal Ore. Wood is used as the fuel for smelting and the Large Furnace holds 2 stacks of wood for up to 2000 total. There are 5 slots for raw materials so a total of 5000 ore can be smelted at once. There are 5 output slots which will fill with your finished product and charcoal. The Large Furnace must be placed on terrain and takes up 4 square foundations space. The Large Furnace cannot be placed on foundations or floors.
