Candle Hat
The candle hat may not have the best protection by itself, but it can be used in conjunction with the bandana to great effect. That said, it should be turned off when fighting in the dark so as to not give your opponent a visibility advantage. It commonly finds brief usage when a player desires to expand their base or mine under the cover of night.
