Anti Radiation Pills
Anti-Rad pills are used to remove radiation. Use them after you get radiation sickness not before you go into a radiation zone. Anti-Radiation pills can also be traded at the Bandit Camp for scrap. Beware that radiation pills cause significant dehydration.

Crafting
Anti Radiation Pills cannot be crafted — it drops as loot, comes from a research blueprint, or is found at monuments.
Recycling
Rust has two recycler types. Monument recyclers are faster and yield 60%, but you can be attacked. Safe-zone recyclers in Outpost and Bandit yield 40% and take longer, but turrets protect you.
Anti Radiation Pills cannot be recycled.
